Signature Custom Chef-Prepared Meal Delivery

Get fully prepared, single-serving lunches and dinners delivered directly to your home or office. Every week, you choose from a rotating menu customized to your unique preferences. This service is designed for busy professionals and health-conscious individuals who need reliable, high-performance fuel without sacrificing flavor.

  • The Menu Structure: Choose from a weekly rotating menu featuring 2 breakfast options and 3 to 4 lunch or dinner options.
  • Nutrition & Portions: Each meal is single-serving, naturally dairy-free, and carefully portioned to approximately 600 to 650 calories with 40+ grams of protein.
  • Dietary Customization: You can select as many of each menu item as you like. I tailor meals to meet your specific nutritional guidelines, food preferences, and allergies whenever possible. (Please note: I cannot accommodate severe nut allergies or other allergies highly sensitive to cross-contamination).
  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made either on Monday (to start your week) or Thursday (heading into the weekend).

Sample Spring Delivery Menu

  • Breakfast 1: Lemon-blueberry protein baked oats with toasted almonds.
  • Breakfast 2: Spring vegetable frittata with asparagus, English peas, and fresh herbs.
  • Lunch/Dinner 1: Za’atar spiced chicken breast over a vibrant quinoa tabbouleh with a side of blistered cherry tomatoes.
  • Lunch/Dinner 2: Pan-seared wild salmon with sweet potato puree and charred broccolini.

Delivery Investment

  • Base Package: 3 meals for $250
  • Meals 4 – 12: $50 each
    (e.g., 12 meals is $700 total)
  • Meals 13+: $35 each
  • Breakfasts: Range from $15 to $35 each

I will customize a rotating weekly menu, arrive at your home with all the premium ingredients, prepare the food in your kitchen, and pack it away family-style in your fridge. I accommodate all kinds of diets and nutrition requests—from exact macro meals for athletes to gluten-free, dairy-free, or paleo guidelines. When it’s time to eat, simply heat it up, mix it together, or give a protein a quick sear.

  • The Standard Package: Includes 3 complete, multi-component meals designed to feed 2 to 4 people.
  • The Investment: Weekly personal chef meal prep starts at $500 plus the cost of groceries.
