Whether you prefer the quiet convenience of front-door delivery or the ultimate luxury of an in-home chef, I handle the menu planning, the grocery shopping, and the cooking, so you can simply eat and enjoy.

Option 1: The Delivery Service
Bespoke, perfectly portioned meals delivered fresh to start your week or head into the weekend.
Every week, I release a rotating menu featuring 2 breakfast options and 3 to 4 lunch or dinner options. You simply select the dishes that catch your eye, in whatever quantities you need, and I handle the rest. Deliveries are made directly to your door either on Monday or Thursday.
- Nutrition & Portions: Each meal is single-serving, naturally dairy-free, and carefully portioned to strike the perfect balance: approximately 600 to 650 calories packed with 40+ grams of high-quality protein.
- Dietary Customization: I tailor your chosen meals to meet your specific nutritional guidelines, food preferences, and mild allergies whenever possible. (Please note: To ensure safety, I cannot accommodate severe nut allergies or other allergies highly sensitive to cross-contamination in my delivery prep kitchen).
Delivery Investment
- Base Package: 3 meals for $250
- Meals 4 – 12: $50 each
(e.g., 12 meals is $700 total) - Meals 13+: $35 each
- Breakfasts: $15 to $35 each

Lunch/Dinner 1: Za’atar spiced chicken breast over a vibrant quinoa tabbouleh with a side of blistered cherry tomatoes.
Lunch/Dinner 2: Pan-seared wild salmon with sweet potato purée and charred broccolini.
Lunch/Dinner 3: Grilled flank steak paired with roasted tri-color carrots and a chimichurri herb sauce.

The highest level of culinary convenience, cooked and packaged family-style right in your own kitchen.
For clients seeking ultimate flexibility and customization, I bring the prep to you. I will design a rotating weekly menu, arrive at your home with premium, hand-selected ingredients, prepare the food in your kitchen, and pack it away beautifully in your fridge. When it’s time to eat, simply heat it up, mix it together, or give a protein a quick finishing sear.
- Total Customization: Because this is prepared exclusively for your household, I can accommodate all kinds of diets and complex nutrition requests—from exact macro-counting for athletes to strict gluten-free, dairy-free, or paleo guidelines.
- The Standard Package: Includes 3 complete, multi-component meals designed to feed 2 to 4 people.
In-Home Investment
Weekly personal chef meal prep starts at $500 plus the cost of groceries.
Sample Family-Style Menu
Meal 1: Braised beef short ribs with a rich red wine reduction, served alongside creamy dairy-free root vegetable mash and garlic-roasted green beans.
